Vermont Journal of Environmental Law Vol. 15, Issue 2 Now Available Online

The Vermont Journal of Environmental Law is pleased to announce its second issue of Volume 15 is now online.
This issue includes exceptional articles from Professor Hillary Hoffmann and SBA President, Christopher Smith '14.
Additionally, Issue 2 covers critical environmental topics such as the public trust doctrine and the Great Lakes, environmental contractors and the Freedom of Information Act, and international water governance. Of note is Gail Osherenko's article describing Vermont's struggle with phosphorous loading in Lake Champlain -- an issue that may have impacts on Vermont's current legislative session.
