Oxford University Press has published selected, peer-reviewed papers from the Annual Global Conferences on Environmental Taxation in the book series, Critical Issues in Environmental Taxation: International and Comparative Perspectives. The director of Vermont Law School’s Environmental Tax Policy Institute, Janet Milne, is a co-editor of the series.

The most recent volume contains 36 papers delivered at the Ninth Annual Global Conference on Environmental Taxation, held inSingpore in the fall of 2008-Critical Issues in Environmental Taxation, Volume VII, edited by Lin-Heng Lye, Janet Milne, Hope Ashiabor, Larry Kreiser, and Kurt Deketelaere.
