Bill Pederson, one of the nation's leading Clean Air Act lawyers, will speak on the EPA's Clean Power Plan and the Clean Air Act at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 6, in Oakes Hall Room 110 at Vermont Law School. Pedersen has worked on the Clean Air Act since the 1970s, and in the 1980s served as the EPA associate general counsel for air, the government's leading clean air lawyer. Congress has twice written suggestions in his law review articles into the Clean Air Act. Friday's lecture is open to the public.
