William Leckerling is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocacy Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He concentrates his practice on employment law and matters involving professional negligence, personal injury and products liability. He has extensive trial and litigation experience in cases dealing with employment, medicine, products, construction, auto, and premises liability. His clients are mostly individuals although he has also represented multiple Fortune 500 companies as well as small business owners and condominium associations. Mr. Leckerling has been a director of the firm since 1990. Before joining the firm in 1986, he was associated with the medical malpractice law firm of Martin, Clearwater and Bell in New York, New York. He served two terms as President of the Board of Trustees of the Howard Center for Human Services and was chair of the Personnel Committee for over five years. Mr. Leckerling is a graduate of Vermont Law School and Hobart College. He is lives in Charlotte, Vermont with his wife and three children.
